Payment Terms
Payment for services rendered must be made within 24 hours of the completion of the work.
Late Payment Fee
In the event that payment is not received within the 24 hour period, a late fee of 10% per day of the total invoice amount will be applied. This fee will continue to accumulate daily until the full payment is received.
Payment Methods
Payments should be made via the agreed-upon payment methods as specified in the invoice.
Failure to Pay
Failure to settle the invoice within 15 days after the due date may result in further actions, including but not limited to suspension of services or legal proceedings for recovery of outstanding amounts.
Client Responsibility
It is the client’s responsibility to ensure timely payment in accordance with these terms. If there are any disputes or questions regarding the invoice, the client must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the invoice to avoid late fees. By proceeding with services, the client agrees to these payment terms and understands that failure to adhere to them may result in additional charges.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change, and we strive to be flexible. However, to ensure fairness and to protect both parties, the following cancellation terms apply:
Notice Requirement
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment to avoid any penalties.
Late Cancellation Fee
If an appointment is cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice, a cancellation fee of 20% of the total quoted work will be charged.
No-Show
If a client does not show up or at the agreed location of the repair for their scheduled appointment and does not provide prior notice, the full quoted amount may be charged.
Rescheduling
If you need to reschedule, we will do our best to accommodate you, provided that the cancellation notice is given at least 24 hours before the appointment.
Payment
Any applicable cancellation fees will be invoiced and must be paid in full within 7 days of the cancelled appointment.
Exceptions
In cases of emergency or unforeseen circumstances, please contact us as soon as possible, and we may be able to waive the cancellation fee at our discretion.
